Experienced Press Brake Operator
Job Title: Experienced Press Brake Operator
Location: Warminster, PA
Do you have a passion for working with thick metals and forming cones up to 1" thick metal plate? Do you have a natural leadership ability on the shop floor? We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team at our Warminster, PA facility.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain press brake machines for bending thick metals
- Ability to form cones using up to 1" thick metal plate
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Lead and supervise a team of machine operators on the shop floor
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of machine operators
- Experience working with thick metals and forming plate
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs

Truck Driver CDL A
Martelli's Inc is looking for a CDL tractor trailer driver, with experience in flat bed steel transportation would be a plus, or experience in machinery moving.
CLASS A CDL DRIVER:
Must have a Class A CDL license, point and accident free MVR, minimum of two-years flatbed tractor trailer experience, hauling steel, or machinery would be a plus, able to travel out of state for short assignments as required.
Must be detail oriented, responsible and have a good mechanical aptitude. You must take pride in maintaining the appearance of your equipment and you must be professional. Must be versed in the use of ELD systems and comply with USDOT regulations.
Required to pass pre-employment evaluation in compliance with FMCSA requirements. You must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Looking for someone who desires a career path, not just a job.

Welder / Fabricator
Martelli Metal Fabrication Inc is looking for a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team in Warminster PA. Must be able to cut and join metals with precision from technical drawings and verbal instruction. The ideal candidate can work solo or as a team.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of all types of welding processes.
* Familiar with Stainless and Mild Steel. Capable of Working with Structural Materials and Plate Products
* Knowledge of working with welding tools and equipment.
* Skilled in operating power and hand tools.
* Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
* Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures to assembly/weld projects.
* Inspect manufactured material has required parts and meet quality control standards.
* Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

Summary:
Perform general duties in the steel fabrication shop. Duties include operating basic hand tools, and assisting machine operators and welders.

- Operate Basic Hand Tools & Powered Hand Tools. (Drills, Grinders, etc)
